Privacy Policy

Effective Date: June 01, 2026

BankSkills.training ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website (BankSkills.training), fill out our contact forms, or engage with our services.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By accessing or using our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. A Note on End-User (Learner) Data

BankSkills.training does not collect, process, or store individual employee learning data. Because our training library is provided via SCORM packages hosted directly on your organization’s internal Learning Management System (LMS), all end-user data—including course progress, assessment scores, and employee details—remains completely within your organization's secure infrastructure. We do not have access to your employees' learning metrics.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect information regarding our direct B2B clients, website visitors, and prospective leads (such as HR and L&D leaders). We may collect the following categories of information:

  • Personal Identification Information: When you request information or schedule a meeting via our contact form, we collect your First Name, Last Name, Job Title, Company/Institution Name, and Work Email Address.

  • Communications: If you contact us directly via email or phone, we retain records of your correspondence to assist with your inquiries.

  • Automatically Collected Data: When you visit our website, we automatically collect standard analytics data, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, and browsing behavior on our site (such as pages visited and time spent on the site).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following business purposes:

  • To respond to your inquiries, schedule meetings, and provide the requested information about our training content.

  • To deliver customer support and manage our B2B client relationships.

  • To send administrative information, such as updates to our terms, services, or policies.

  • To send marketing communications regarding new course releases or company updates (you may opt out of these at any time).

  • To analyze website usage trends and improve our website’s functionality and user experience.

4. How We Share Your Information

We respect your privacy and do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or managing our CRM and email communications (e.g., website hosting, analytics providers). These parties are contractually obligated to keep your information confidential.

  • Legal Obligations: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).

  • Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
