By accessing our website or purchasing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company, bank, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.
Â
1. Description of Services
BankSkills provides ready-made, SCORM-compliant e-learning courses tailored for the banking and finance industry. Our model allows clients to purchase training content packages for a one-time fee to be hosted directly on the client's internal Learning Management System (LMS) for the purpose of training their internal employees.
Â
2. Intellectual Property and Licensing
All content, course materials, text, graphics, and underlying code provided by BankSkills are the exclusive intellectual property of BankSkills.training and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Upon receipt of full payment for a course package, BankSkills grants your organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, perpetual license to host, display, and deliver the purchased SCORM packages internally to your organization's direct employees.
This license explicitly does not grant ownership of the copyright. BankSkills retains all rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms.
Â
3. Usage Restrictions
To protect the integrity of our intellectual property, you agree that your organization shall not:
-
Resell or Redistribute: Sell, rent, lease, sub-license, or otherwise distribute the course content to third parties, external partners, or the general public.

-
Reverse Engineer: Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code or raw media assets from the provided SCORM packages.
